Description:Ice Climber's Popo and Nana have always been pioneers: both in mountain-climbing exploration and NES gameplay. After 20 years, the duo return to scale the heights and bonk ornery seals and vegetable-stealing condors on the head (shhhh, don't tell PETA) as part of the NES Classic Series for Game Boy Advance.
If Super Smash Bros. Melee on the Nintendo GameCube has been your only exposure to the parka-clad pair, check out this sharp rendition of the original NES game. As Popo (player two plays as Nana), use your trusty mallet to work your way up the mountain. Chip away at the blocks overhead, then jump up through the resulting hole to the mountain's next level. Once Popo reaches the top level, he enters a fast-moving bonus stage in which he can pick up veggies and, hopefully, reach the summit for a big-point payday.
